Power Production Management Announces New Branch in Orlando, FL area

Gainesville, FL., June 19 /sunppm.com / -- Power Production Management, Inc (PPM) is pleased to announce the opening of a new location in the Hunt Industrial Park complex in Groveland, FL. In addition to their corporate headquarters in Gainesville, FL, this new office will continue to support the growing customer base as well as the company's growth to bring high-quality solar solutions to the residents of central Florida.

“PPM is very excited for this move to assist local homeowners with their solar needs while being more accessible, cost-effective, and productive” - said Alex Khokhlov, co-founder of PPM. Previously, PPM was servicing the Orlando area from their Gainesville headquarters.

Along with the expansion, Power Production Management is proud to announce that Brett Steinhagen, an expert in the solar industry will be the new Orlando Area Sales Manager. Mr. Steinhagen will oversee the expansion and contribute to the local community.

OUC has previously awarded PPM to construct a field testing facility and Duke Energy and the Florida Solar Energy Center (UCF) was a client of PPM for five school solar projects.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – November 20, 2015 – After careful review for compliance, Power Production Management, Inc. (PPM) was approved for participation in the Preferred Contractor Network (PCN) by the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC). The OUC Preferred Contractor Network provides contact data for listed contractors categorized by specialty, standards of conduct and Code of Ethics and customer feedback mechanisms. Power Production Management, Inc. is now one of six Solar Photovoltaic Systems (Solar electric or PV) preferred contractors with the Orlando Utilities Commission.

Sheila Rivera, OUC Conservation Coordinator contacted PPM in an email stating, “...After careful review of the agreement, we are pleased to inform you that your company was approved for participation in the Preferred Contractor Network.”

According to OUC, the company “receives thousands of calls every year from customers needing the assistance of home repair and service professionals." PPM will now be accessible to the thousands of OUC customers that are interested in having a solar PV system installed at their home or business through the PCN. When a PV system is installed in OUC territory, customers may qualify for an additional solar production credit for each kilowatt-hour that their system produces every month.

Our OUC customers get an additional five cents per kilowatt-hour on top of standard net metering. This makes solar an easy choice here."
